		<description>I drove by this place at about 3:30pm Thursday (probably a hour or so after your pictures were taken). The building was almost all down, with half the street blocked by bricks and debris.

I'm guessing the demolition was awarded to the lowest bidder and not necessarily the most qualified.</description>
