		<description>At $17k, Costco made out pretty good.  The are going to pay at minimum $50,000 for each of those left turn light (signals only).  Depending on the complexity of the signal they use, it could easily go up to $200k.

So the $17k payoff is chump change in the scale of this portion of the project.</description>
