What I don’t get is the demo permit for Building 2 on the north side of the property. That building would be hard to demo without impacting at least buildings 1 and 3 (I used to live in Building 1), and makes no sense to tear it down without demoing 4, 5 and 6, since that was part of their master plan.

I suspect it is a typo, as the maintenance garage at the South-West corner of the property would likely come down as part of the current phase (and it was building twenty-something).

Somebody get a camera out and post pictures! I want to see, and don’t want to drive all the way from the north side of Dallas to see them coming down!
