I am friends with the long time owners of 3730 Dumbarton. I sent him the link and he didn't have the heart to click on it. He'd owned the house (it was a 2 owner house until the builder bought it) since the late 60's. They'd hoped whoever bought it wouldn't tear it down, but the builder won the bidding war. The rest is history.
