My partner and I owned the house next door. We gutted it and made it beautiful then realized we wanted to see other pretty homes and moved to Oak Forest. I hope they build a single family home here. The trailer duplex was an eyesore and so were the weird people the owner would rent to. Now only if they slumlord across the street would sale his homes. I have to comment on 1118 Welch.
