		<description>I feel very, very sad for the owners of this property.  The previous owners were flooded as well, and so far the Brays Bayou work has been for naught.  You can tell that a lot of work went into this property, and perhaps its fate (and those of a couple surrounding properties) will lie with a bulldozer and a check from FEMA.  Very sad, indeed.</description>
