The first plan was truly unique site design. This just moves the project closer to other generic New Urbanism as seen in Dallas, Denver, Chicago, California, anywhere. There are still some interesting angles left in this plan. Hopefully they don't disappear with the next revision. I’m very disappointed. The first plan was truly unique site design. They added some spice to the project.
