		<description>I'm very disappointed. The first plan was truly unique site design. This just moves the project closer to other generic New Urbanism as seen in Dallas, Denver, Chicago, California, anywhere. There are still some interesting angles left in this plan. Hopefully they don't disappear with the next revision.</description>

		<description>I'm actually dissapointed that they straightened the streets out. They added some spice to the project. But then again, it will probably still feel the same to pedestrians and motorists, but not to us always looking from a birds eye view :)</description>
