The place is a little out of the way from the main downtown skyline and the convention center (which probably helped it's current condition and lack of redevelopment). I would have hoped the redevelopment could have pushed out something similar to 2016 Main. The idea would be a lower cost high-rise condo. Hopefully the remodel is up to a hotel chain’s standards and the facility gets and operator.
