I’ll take it. Love the 1 acre + size lot / trees / pool / get rid of those harsh &heinous florescent garage lights / negotiate the R/E agents commission downward by 1% or so / update the windows/doors/systems/etc; overall a lovely home on a quite,peaceful tract of land.Excellent location. Love the ROPO amenities. It’s worth more,but an excellent buy at this price point.
