Perhaps a nice home – to each his own. But Garden Oaks as the subdivision? Please. The agent needs to become geographically literate. Maybe “kinda south and west of Garden Oaks, and kinda south and east of Oak Forest”?

Someone put a lot of love into that house. I think it’s fantastic and hope it is well sold.

    From Claire de Lune:

It is tucked between Shepherd Forest and Garden Oaks, at the end of a narrow little street.

I’m glad to see someone else customizing a home to please him/herself, and not some anonymous future buyer, or God forbid, a realtor.

I thought those were little mice silhouettes they’d placed on the screens.

At first glance, I thought the leaves on the wooden doors were fish or toads. It Is a unique house/property.Will take a like minded buyer.

I have known the homeowner for many, many years and am so sad that he is moving out of our ‘hood. He is a TRUE craftsman and these shutters are just a taste of his lovely workmanship. Whoever buys this home is in for a treat!

If you could have seen this property & home in the beginning,it was definitely a Project! The owner has done AmAzInG re-creation of new life to this home. He is a Genuine Craftsman, a one of a kind, as his home reflects. Great peaceful location, location, location. :)
