   This property is another one of an ongoing wave of sales in Riverside from fairly well-off, elderly home owners. Elevator=elderly. Kids inherit a 75 year house with minimal upgrades, have to choose between plopping down $200,000 to renovate or just sell to a flipper, die-hard do it yourselfer, or townhome developer. This trend will continue for the next decade, hopefully turning the neighborhood.
