Cody, I couldn’t believe the list price. So I dug around to see what they did to flip the property and still couldn’t believe the list price. At the time of writing this, I still can’t believe the list price.
Thank you for posting and the comments. This home was completely remodeled by Sweetwater Residential Development. They did an excellent job of preserving the historical features, while constructing an interior that meets today’s design trends.
Sweetwater Residential Development took this home to the studs, added 30 piers and expanded the back of the house. They replaced the aged plumbing, electrical, gas and HVAC systems. They added an incredible, new master suite (approx 651sf) along with a utility room, dog shower and garage. There are energy efficient windows throughout, new drywall and paint, solid oak and tile flooring, LED lighting and light fixtures, quartz countertops and new landscaping and irrigation system.
The amazing kitchen has a chef’s cooktop, a buffet area, a pot filler over the range, beautiful hardware and tons of storage.
The master suite is spacious, has two large closets with barn doors and a gorgeous tub and shower area.
The secondary bedrooms are nicely-sized, have hardwood floors and great closets. The hall bath is large with a terrific rain shower and quartz countertops.
