That’s a pretty good example of a Lake Jackson traditional ranch on a big lot. There are a bunch of those down there, and that’s a pretty, wooded neighborhood. Close to a railroad track, though. If you can deal with the commute, which would be pretty easy from there but still probably about an hour, you can get a lot of house and lot for not much money.
