Dunkin' Donuts is going to do just fine and will be legit competition for Shipley's. I stopped at one in Beaumont last year and it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Shipley's. I am a Houston native and some will consider that blasphemy. I spent more time at dunkin' when I was a kid here in Houston and I welcome them back. This location is damn close to a Shipley's AND a Kolache Factory. Not skeered. The dunkin’ sign was up for a day, now down as the pink paint job is underway.
