  • Though dear to me as the finish-line of my only Houston marathon, Bayou Place is old and has seen better days.
    I support its demo ONLY if turned into public green space, however.
    No bar/boutique/coffeeshop BS.

  • Really disappointed in the Kinder Institute articles. They have lots of good and interesting info, but they draw some poor conclusions. In several cases their info even says the opposite of their conclusion.

  • Similar to the River Oaks District, a shopping area should be built on Richmond between Dunlavy and Shepard with all the open retail space and already high walk ability score in the area.
