As long as it turns out to be a custom townhome/patio home in a small subdivision like Tealwood or Northfield or a subdivision like Briargrove Park or the "Ashfords" or one of the older subdivisons in the Pearland/Friendswood area I will be happy. If it's in some odd place most of us never venture like Atasocita or Sienna Plantation I will be very unhappy. I don't know why but I do still have this feeling about a golf course. It just has that feel. Or a greenbelt. Like they have in Northfield. Oh, well, I guess when Gus feels we have been fooled sufficiently he will let us know where it is.
