It was a great place to grow up. The style sure looked familiar. My mother finally sold her house in 1991 after two of our neighbors were murdered by an intruder and our own house was burgalrized for a third time. BVW has been in a death spiral for 20+ years and it's not going to pull out any time soon. Good luck to the seller. The funny thing is that I actaully lived in Breaburn Valley West from 1970 to 1987.
