“The developer cited disputes with the city of Houston and the MONTROSE TIRZ as the reason behind the construction delay.” ….. I thought the Montrose TRIZ was dissolved and gone (besides the lawsuits).
I knew Fred Sharifi would not get his “Fairview District” plans off the ground. He is cash poor but always uses excuses of regulations and permits as the cause of his delays. Look how long it took him to rebuild Hungry’s in Rice Village.
Cynic: It’s the management district that was dissolved, not the TIRZ.
