The French-owned firm signed a lease for space in Energy Tower II. Groundbreaking is set for February. A full-service hotel is also planned for the park, as well as another office building called Energy Tower III." Apparently this was all announced last October. Didn't think that parcel of land was big enough for two more towers plus a hotel. Hey, did some further digging and found this:
