I GAVE ROYCE HOMES $1000.00 EARNEST MONEY AND $2637.00 FOR DESIGN UPGRADES. I THOUGHT I WAS SCREWED. I WENT UP TO WHAT’S LEFT OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND TALKED TO MR JAMES HUNTER AND HE APOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME A CHECK IN FIVE MINUTES…I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BANK AND GOT CASH………
