		<description>The picture of the last house - faux stone exterior, window covers - is an interesting one.  Being on one of my bicycle routes, I watched it throughout construction.  Walls are ICF, poured concrete.  All the windows and doors have retraceable storm shutters (see link).  I thought the owner might just be building a house to protect fine art or something, but given the frequency with which I see the shutters drawn, regardless of weather conditions, I've started to believe he may be a surviving relative of Howard Hughes.
