I ain't interested unless it's a neighborhood that feels like a community. Seriously, it has never failed to amaze me how developers persist in slapping these brick boxes with black roofs, no porches and no deep roof overhangs onto Gulf Coast prairie. It's like a polar bear in the tropics -- doesn't fit, doesn't work. No thanks. I ain’t interested unless it’s a neighborhood that feels like a community.
