It used to be a biker neighborhood, sort of, then people who couldn't afford West U came here, now with prices like these, things have really changed. Plus this neighborhood lies in the 100 year flood plain. we looked at buying a lot in this neighborhood but intead chose the cheapest alternative in West U: the chimney. Also, a former biker area.
