At first I thought, tandem garage? Really? No one likes to play the car shuffle in the morning. Then I saw the comment about the pavers across the front yard, allowing one to drive on it. Ah, I see now. It doesn’t matter how expensive your neighborhood is, there will always be someone who has a car parked on the front lawn and a garage full of stuff.
