I appreciate the Chronicle allowing viewing of their content without some arbitrary fee. The Houston Business Journal doesn’t possess the same largesse, apparently. I wish Swamplot would discontinue links to their pay to view site. The HBJ gets revenue from advertising on their content page, like the Chronicle, so it’s perplexing as to why they wouldn’t have the same policy regarding the viewing of content as the Chronicle. Makes me really appreciate The Chronicle.
Re 3300 Main: Early warning to future residents: don’t park in the underground garage. That site has had water in it since Harvey. Every time it rains, they have to pump it out. Then it gets almost dry, but the next rain covers it with water again.

Rice Kinder needs to get their story straight. First they said sprawl “wasn’t so bad.” now the report tends to indicate the opposite. which one is it?!
