But seriously, I’ve always thought it would be awesome to have a midrise old empty brick building and turn it into nice *affordable* lofts. Dealing with the city on such a project has made me rethink it. But maybe someone better at dealing with the city could have some luck there… You need people LIVING THERE to support this retail.
