I heard the KUHF piece on the radio–the slam against San Antonio’s River Walk was baseless and petty–and if you are going to talk about Houston as a “product” then you are destined to failure, Mr. Ortale. Sure, people like to consume stuff, and you want them to spend money, but they want to experience a place.
