Had to look up “Hermann Square” – apparently it’s the plaza and park directly in front of City Hall.
Hermann Square has an intriguing history, including the right to be publically intoxicated or sleeping there without being hassled by the police. Great if you are homeless, but let’s don’t tell them just in case they take advantage of it.
