I hope they’re right about Class B office spade coming back into demand as companies are priced out of Class A. My finger is by no means on the pulse of Houston’s commercial real estate scene, but from what I can see we have high office vacancy rates on the Southwest Freeway. Which is a shame, because it’s got easy access to pretty much everywhere.
That Two Shell Plaza remodel looks rather hideous. Hines just really doesn’t care about good architecture anymore.
