The art vandal is either just trying to make a name for himself or impress his friends. He surely has no real appreciation or even understanding of art, much less Picasso, although I think that speaks for itself. I hope he gets to spend some quality time in a state prison where his cellblock buddies can show their appreciation for his endeavors, esp his body tattoos.
Another sub shop?… The only thing in Houston that outnumbers them is traffic lights.
