Something that I do not see mentioned about the ExxonMobil theme park is that while the price tag is quite high, EM is actually making a profit here. According to what they tell us at work, selling off real estate around the country such as the Chemicals HQ in Katy, the land along Buffalo Speedway near 59, and the office and real estate in Virginia, the company is expected to turn a profit. Oh, and one other thing. When asked about why are we moving, it is Rex’s pet idea. Once everyone is around the camp fire singing songs, then we should have lots of great ideas flowing.
