Among factors that T&L used to rank cities as dirtier or cleaner than Houston, were Memphis (9) barbecue and solar powered trash compactors in Boston (14). Considering that San Jun, PR came in At 15 showed that lack of working plumbing and feral dogs running in packs does not make a city dirty, and the Anchorage article complains about lack of wifi. I think the editors have no idea what the word “Dirty” actually means.
