Why doesn El Tiempo feel it’s a good idea to move right next to the orig Ninfa’s? There’s already a mex restaurant right across from Ninfa’s on Navigation & they don’t get NEAR the business Ninfa’s pulls in. It just seems like a dumb move on their part to try to compete with Ninfa’s especially when they could do just if well (if not better) a few blocks away.
Maybe different menu, different crowd?
