The lack of zoning has been horribly horrible. Nobody wants to move here from other cities. That’s why Houston has the same population numbers it had 50 years ago. Not.

I’ve actually never heard of anything like this ever referred to as a “lifestyle center”.
Sounds like a place for retirees or one of those places that ‘cures’ homosexuality.
Anyhow, good for Kingwood. It really needs to start stepping up its game now that the Woodlands has supplanted it as the epicenter of N. Harris/South Montgomery county.
