Headlines
The next time UH complains about state funding being cut and the need to raise student tuition and fees, remember they have the money in their budget to hire a full time PR person to publicize the public art on campus. I’m sure they have some nice stuff that people aren’t aware of, but when you spend money on administrative functions, it takes away dollars that can be spent on instruction.
Less apartments. More cowbell.
