I wish TMC3 well, but the east and west coasts have a lock on the biotech industry. If we’re lucky, their scientists wave to us while flying over.
RE: TMC3. If I were in biotech w/ a home on either the East/West coast… I’d imagine selling my home to buy one for cash within minutes of work (and be part of the largest medical center in the world) would be sort of appealing. I can see TMC3 really transforming the real estate market around S Main and the NRG park area in a relatively short time.
