Does anyone else thing the mattress firm bankruptcy is fishy? This firm for years was expanding at such an aggressive pace, that their numerous stores were the butt of jokes. I mean, did no one in their finance department see this coming a mile away? All those stores empty of customers for months and months?

Jgriff. Good link. So if I’m understanding this right, the developers and company insiders pushed the development for profit and kick backs at stockholders expense. The lawsuits are about to explode.
Agree with above comments. There is something seriously wrong with any business that puts a brick and mortar store on practically every block. I have long suspected them of money laundering or other nefarious activity.
Who knew the mattress industry was so crooked. Lol.
