That Randall Davis house looks nice enough (I guess), but how is it that a single family spec development from a private developer qualifies as a news story? Looks more like advertising to me. Maybe I’m missing something?
@Chris I agree that building a single spec house isn’t a newsworthy news article in itself, but I think that a major builder has stepped out from large projects into a single spec house is what they thought might be newsworthy. Just my opinion ….
Can’t help but wonder what the spec house is going to look like once the RD trademark solid white parking podium is inserted under it.
