I really wish David Adickes could have done the Hicks statue. Also, didn’t Bill Hicks have his start in the Montrose? As much as I hate to say it, the statue should probably be in Montrose.

I used to watch Bill Hicks absolutely demolish hecklers at the Comedy Workshop. A brilliant guy with the darkest of wits. He is impossible to forget.
Or, the statue could just be erected in the Houston House Apartments–right in the lobby.
