I don’t know if a salad chain really needs to grow so many locations. Souper Salad, Souplantation, and others have gone down this path and all of their plans wilted over time.

I’d wager also that too many locations mean too many cooks that spoil the broth. Why not just stick to the local area and enjoy the profits?
