How is it that the Feldman’s were able to get the appraised value of the adjacent lot to only be $50K in Tanglewood? Shouldn’t the land alone be worth $500K-$1M?
@Fernando, therein lies the crux of the matter, if they’re NOT able to build a house on that lot because it no longer qualifies as a full residential lot, then it’s worth nothing, perhaps only value of extra lawn space, which in Tanglewood might be only $50k.
A 13k square foot lot isn’t sufficient for a house? Something smells fishy here…
