if houston had the same population it did 20 years ago i would live in the suburbs,you can bet a huge place in the burbs at a cheap price,but i wouldn’t want to be stuck in traffic.people who bought early in the heights,such as myself or any other popular inner loop neighborhood,now can use all that equity to a million dollar place and that million dollar place will be centrally located,dont have to deal with the traffic just like the people who live in the burbs and they are so close to downtown,other inner loop hoods and you’re also close to the galleria.
