The NW corner adjacent to Apartments, 2510 Hazard St. 77019 (Bldg. 1) (Westheimer@Hazard) has a large empty lot very similar to the Westheimer@Dunlavy NW corner, and both seem to belong to the same investor/developer. Does anyone know the short-term plans for these premium Montrose lots?
Shame about the one on Lexington.
