I’m surprised the neighborhood allowed that Ella Lee Lane house to disintegrate like that.

The Google street view of Ella Lee looks much better, so I assume this is after it’s been picked apart? It almost looks staged :(, and more like those beautiful, but dilapidated, Riverside Terrace homes.
It is a shame that the Vassar house could not be saved. It looks like it had some significant foundation issues, but the location (at the Banks/Vassar/Graustark split) and the brick pattern with the arched telescoping front entryway will be a great loss, especially if it replaced with another of the local gray stucco boxes that are so popular with builders.
