Im shocked that Denis’ Seafood lasted so long!!!
It was a very strange place
Is Denis’ really coming down, or is the permit just related to some kind of remodel or repurpose? Even by Houston standards, that building is not very old, and certainly not run down.
We looked at 1818 Missouri Street last summer when it was for sale. A bit quirky but we liked it. One of the neighbors walking by specifically told us not to buy the house, because the local valets treat that corner (and alley) as their own personal parking area.
