The house at 64 Tiel was far too modest for River Oaks, at only 3,240 square feet (HCAD). The only ones smaller are 51 Tiel (2,294) and 56 Tiel (1,680).
1026 Omar, 1101 7th, 1128 Woodland, that’s three original houses in Woodland Heights, in the narrow strip between the WH historic district, and the western edge of a Woodland Heights (Studewood), all three are less than 3 blocks from my house, all leveled on the same day! (Or is 7th st just demoing the garage/apt behind the house)? Ouch! We really are under siege….
