Wow, two half-million-dollar teardowns in my neighborhood in one day. On that side of Shepherd, they’ll build a single $1+MM house instead of two $800 townhomes like they’re building on the other side of Shepherd.
They realize these houses aren’t next door to each other? Oh well, two more townhomes.
Hope that stove was salvaged!
The mind boggles at teardown pricing. There’s a house at the corner of Weslayan and University that is listed for $999K and they’re selling it for the land — the house can’t be shown because it is unsafe.
