Thank goddess the River Oaks house is getting knocked down. Talk about hideous.
My god, that Locke Lane house has flip written all over it. And that one in Tanglewood… black, white, and gray? Negative curb appeal, but I bet the neighbors won’t like the construction lasting for a year.
Hm, I guess I’m missing something but the River Oaks house looks fine to me? If it’s a flip, it’s nicely done and very far from “hideous”.
This is so sad…its a done in the Hollywood Regency style which is exceedingly rare…even in Hollywood.
