Before the lamentations begin, here’s today’s friendly reminder that demolition permits are also issued for outbuildings, garages, and sheds, and sometimes they don’t say that out loud.
Would that be the case with Yates High School?
I hope the demo permit is not for tearing down that Locke Ln home.
Whenever a permit is issued for demo/sewer disconnect with a failure to disclose an outbuilding and is later found to be so, we will update to reflect that.
Even with that goiter looking addition on the front, the architecture on the Locke house is far superior to the rest of the new builds on the street. But looking at the age of the dishwasher in the kitchen, it is surely a tear down.
