Interesting read from Bauer. You see a lot of policies enacted by congress but maybe dont understand the impact until a few months down the road. Being in the engineering contractor business, it is somewhat troubling to see the impacts of the Iran deal and Oil Exports are having on the Houston manufacturing industry, but this article does help ease some of that concern. The 2017 capital spending will spread into 2018 and 2019, so i wont be concerned unless Bernie gets elected to office.
“Ruin porn” is fun, but it’s no match for good old porn porn. I bet Houston/Harris County could make a lot more by using the Astrodome for good old porn porn.
